Inverse momentum smearing

For muons, the momentum is determined by the inverse of their curvature radius. Therefore, the inverse momentum must be smeared with a Gaussian instead of the momentum. Otherwise the muon scale is off for high-pt muons and also the momentum distribution is different. I modified the momentum smearing module to create an inverse momentum smearing module and attached it to this ticket. It would be nice if you could include this module in the official Delphes release.
