Description
Looks like some users don't receive notifications about ticket updates.
Checking it with this ticket.

The user that submitted this ticket did not receive any notification about the first comment.

The first email was sent and there was an error (i forwarded it to you). Did you get emails for your other comments ?

I added "always notify owner". This should have been there from the start, it was a mistake on my side.

The first notification was probably send to an in-existing e-mail address. I modified my e-mail address after that.
