Question about delphes card for CMS detector

Description
Dear experts,
I have a question regarding the delphes card for CMS detector in the Delphes. The default CMS card (delphes_card_CMS.tcl) in Delphes package still uses 0.5 as cone size for jets ( i.e. set ParameterR 0.5) and DeltaRMax as 0.5 for electrons and muons. Is there any specific reason behind keeping these values for the variables in the card as now CMS uses 0.4 as cone size for jets and leptons?
