Computational, simulation and machine learning methods in high energy physics and beyond: automated computational tools
2026 edition at Milan University, by R. Winterhalder and Marco Zaro
Information:
- Dates: Tuesday 23 June – Thursday 25 June 2026.
- Rooms: Tuesday and Thursday in Aula Teorici; Wednesday in Aula Caldirola.
- Schedule: Morning lectures from 10:00–12:30 each day.
- Hands-on sessions: Tuesday and Thursday, tentatively 14:00–16:30; Wednesday 15:00–17:00.
- Requirements: Please bring a laptop with a working Unix environment, Python 3.7+, and Fortran/C++ compilers.
- Students should also bring a working installation of the software MadGraph5_aMC@NLO (see here for instructions).
