Hi Ahmed,
there is no such thing as fake-electrons (nor muons) in Delphes by default. If you want them, you need to write down from a scratch a module that produces them randomly (according to some prior detector-specific parametrisation) and appends them to the electron collection.
In which context do you need them exactly?
