Is it possible to run Delphes on generator info in MiniAOD?

Dear Delphes experts,
I once tried to produce Delphes root files from AODSIM and it worked perfectly fine. Now I see that most of the AOD samples are gone. Is it possible to run Delphes on the pruned genInfo of MiniAODSIM?
