The analysis results of lhco and root format are very different.

Description
Dear Delphes Developers
I generated some events at future electron collider and I found there are more jets than expected in root files. I also checked the events files of processes pp>z>mu+ mu- and e+e-> z > mu+ mu- in delphes level. I found the analysis results of lhco file and ROOT file carried out by MA5 are very different. Especially , the muons in root file are much smaller than expected.The events file in ROOT format are generated by madgraph 5 in delphes level. The lhco file are translated by delphes script ROOT2lhco. I think the lhco and root files are in the same delphes level. I think it is weired. Is there anything wrong for me or I missed something when I translated the root to lhco?
