Setup a more readable style

Description
It would be nice to setup a more readable style for this project.
Current style has the following problems:
- admin/general/permissions page is unusable,
- the end of the header menu (Discussion, Ticker Stats, Roadmap) is unreadable.

I've removed some parts from style.css. I would say that the site is more readable than before.
What do you think?

This is unfortunately true at least in part for most CP3 projects, css styles are quite buggy. We tried to find something better without success. Do not hesitate if you find a working style.
