Problem with switching off smearing

Description

Hi,

I am trying to make smearing totally off in an ideal detector case with Delphes-3.3.2. So, I made all efficiency to 1 and ECal/HCal resolution to be 0. Also I made smear tower false in ATLAS card(.tcl file). But I got invariant mass of 2 photon coming from Higgs to be totally smeared, from 100 to 150 GeV. What should I need to do to make photon smearing completely off?

Can you attach your modified card please?

Hi,

I just checked with narrow resonance into di-photon and I indeed see a difference in the width of the invariant mass of the di-photon system. If you don't see a difference by changing the photon resolution it must be because your distribution is already broad at gen level, but the that is not a problem of Delphes .
