Problem running Pythia8+Delphes

Hello
I am using 3.3.2 which I compile successfully after initializaing cmssw_8_1_0_pre15 (that is in order to be able to use latest pythia8 ie/cvmfs/cms.cern.ch/slc6_amd64_gcc530/external/pythia8/219-giojec3)
When I try to run the Pythui8 reader, in the beginning I get the following message

I guess this is related to root6 ?
