discrepancy between root and lhco files

Description
I am using Delphes 3.2.0 with the MadGraph5_aMC@NLO package, v2.2.3 to generate events. This produces both tag_1_delphes_events.root and tag_1_delphes_events.lhco files. When I look at the HT distribution in the two event files with madanalysis5, the results are different. Is this an issue with the .root to .lhco file conversion with Delphes?
