Update pythia and copyrights

Dear Christophe,

The license issue has been discussed in MCnet, and we have agreed to
update our GUIDELINES to make it clear that GPL v2 or later is
acceptable. I have changed accordingly in those headers where GLP is
mentioned. Pythia version 8.235 with these changes should go live
about two weeks from now, by Easter. So then you could include it
with Delphes with a good conscience.
