ImprovedOutputFile Timing dual_readout llp

First incomplete version with summary plots

Most of the functionalities are there, but it is not yet properly
integrated in the GUI.
Known issues:

  • size of the event markers
  • all markers appear the same (missing index?)
  • Property mode set to 100644
