Leading-Order MLM and CKKWL merging with MadGraph5_aMC@NLO and Pythia8

Since v2.5.0, MadGraph5_aMC@NLO interfaces to Pythia8 to automatically perform LO merging in the MLM or CKKWL schemes. The systematics associated with the variation of the merging scale can also be automatically evaluated without the need of performing additional independent runs.
