Working Group 4: Physics projects

• I. Spin 2.
  • Description: Validate Large Extra Dimensions and Randal-Sundrum I in FR with different generators (CHEP and WO) and compare against MG-stock, WO-stock and LanHEP; use the validated implementations for studying a KK-graviton production channel.
  • Names: Sasha, Neil, Priscilla, Christian.
  • Status: Priscilla fixed LED and implemented RSI; Neil made the CH interface handle the model; the WO interface (Christian) is almost there; Sasha worked on the LanHEP implementation
  • To-do: complete the validation, fix the process for the physics project and study it.

• II. Zprime-dedicated MC event generator including soft-gluon resummation
  • Description: development of a Monte Carlo event generator for Z' hadroproduction.
  • Names: Sasha, Benj.
  • Status: Analytical results available: ​reference
  • To-do: Development of the numerical code.
