Working Group 1: development of new quantum field theory functionalities.
- I. Superfields.
- Description: implementation and development of superfields in FeynRules.
- Names: Benj, Claude, Thomas.
- Status: Wess-Zumino is done.
- To-do: Vector superfield implementation is ongoing + rewriting of the MSSM.
- II. Mass matrices.
- Description: addressing of the diagonalization of mass matrices. The main idea is to have FR to output a simple code that takes a LH file in and spits out LH file with the mass matrix diagonalized.
- Names: Neil, Thomas, Martin, Christian.
- Status:
- To-do:
- III. Higher-dimensional operators.
- Description: Splitting higher dimensional operators or 4-point vertices into 3-point ones by introducing auxiliary fields.
- Names: Claude, Fabio, Christian, Sasha.
- Status: An iterative algorithm for reducing a n-point vertex to n-3 three-point vertices introducing n-3 charged auxiliary fields exists and can be proven easily; the applicability is limited by the necessity of transporting lorentz and spinor indices along the auxiliary lines, potentially leading to spin > 2 auxiliary fields.
- To-do: Implementation.
- IV. FR Java Interface.
- Description: Java interface for introducing models (Neil) based on Gauge symmetries and particle content.
- Names: Neil, Christian
- Status: Neil has already an alpha version.
- To-do: Claude suggests to have it staged. First thing is to produce the model file but not the lagrangian.
- V. Automatic Validation Package from the Web.
- Description: Instead of making the validation package based on the Mathematica Notebook + several MC's available to the users, a web interface is built to do this from the web.
- Names: Claude, Neil, Benj.
- Status: To do
- To-do: everything.
