Minimal Walking Technicolor (MWT) is an extension of the Standard Model featuring a new strong sector based on a new gauge group SU(2) technicolor with a doublet of Dirac fermions in the adjoint representation.

Next to Minimal Walking Technicolor (NMWT) is a similar extension, but based the gauge group SU(3) technicolor with a doublet of Dirac fermions in the two-index symmetric representation.

Our implementation makes use of the effective low-energy model containing scalars, pseudoscalars, vector mesons and other fields predicted by the models. The implemented model is the simplest one, which contains only the composite states, which are expected to be the most important for collider phenomenology. These are the composite Higgs, and the vector and axial spin-one resonances. For these states the effective theories of MWT and NMWT coincide.

One popular Beyond the Standard Model theory is the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). Its main features are to link bosons with fermions and unify internal and external symmetries. Moreover, it allows for a stabilization of the gap between the Planck and the electroweak scale and for gauge coupling unification at high energies, provides a dark matter candidate as the lightest supersymmetric particle and appears naturally in string theories. However, since supersymmetric particles have not yet been discovered, supersymmetry must be broken at low energies, which makes the superpartners massive in comparison to their Standard Model counterparts.
