FeynRules 2010 Workshop on automatization for BSM physics
Mont Ste-Odile, France, 14-19 March 2010.
The aim of the workshop is to bring together few people to progress on topics related to automatization for BSM physics, important in this LHC era. Programme
Description of the different Working Groups
- Working Group 1 : Development of new quantum field theory functionalities in automatized codes.
- Working Group 2 : Interface development.
- Working Group 3 : Model implementation, validation and diffusion.
- Working Group 4 : Physics projects.
Proceedings & Progress/status of the different projects
- Working Group 1
- Implementation of the superfield formalism in FeynRules: 70% done (Kahler potential for both Abelian and not Abelian gauge interactions + superfield strength tensors in the Abelian case)
- Mass Matrices
- Higher-dimensional operators
- Automatic Validation Package from the Web: Essentially done. Just waiting for administrators to set up Apache to make it easier for developers to use.
- Working Group 2
- Python Interface
- HELAS -> ALOHA: 90% done (still need some check on the majorana)
- FeynArts Interface: 70% done (4 fermions operators and sum over lorentz indices have some problems)
- Working Group 3
- Survey
- following models
- Model Database (Related to work on Web Validation, but needs discussion for the exact relationship.)
- Working Group 4
- Spin 2: Needs validation and physics simulations.
- Zprime-dedicated MC event generator including soft-gluon resummation: 5% done (some discussions but project not really started...)
