MadEvent5: a new version of ME in Python + gfortran

Wanted new features

• Compute xsec w/o generating (or at least writing) events (need to touch genps ?)
• Varying parameter automaticaly, or use set of param_card.dat as an input
• compute automatically decay widths and BR
• draw differential xsec automatically
• generate more events in tails for plots (poor man solution ...)
• directly grid-integrated (essentially improved the existing gridpack)
• improve structure!
