1. VH: (PY8 output is anyway broken with latest PY8 version)
2. OM: PY8 output was working... this is actually correct to remove that makefile! (so I restore it)
3. OM: Therefore PY8 IS working

    1. needs to be moved in launch_ext_program
    2. why do you need to save old_completer = readline.get_completer(). this should be automatic

1. PY8 running in multicore (split the event with lhe_parser)
2. Possibility to start the MA5 interpreter from run_interface
