== !MadAnalysis 5 - A package for event file analysis ==

!MadAnalysis is a Python/C++ software allowing to perform a complete physical analysis from event files written in the Les Houches Event (LHE) format. Possibilities to apply cuts on both simple kinematical variables or more complex user-defined observable is included, as well as the option to investigate the particle content of an event sample (e.g., lepton multiplicity, etc...). The output of the program consists in histograms and efficiency tables related to the defined analysis under HTML or LaTeX files.
